Tre Donne began as a modest rural equestrian estate with Italian roots, subdivided and initially consisting of a few small holding properties. One of the original owners, who still lives in the estate, helped plant all the Olive Trees that line the pavements of the estate and are still harvested for olive oil pressing.

Over time, Tre Donne has evolved into a medium sized estate that attracts people who are drawn to its beautiful surroundings and the spacious properties, each spanning over 3000m², which offer residents ample privacy and seclusion.

Tre Donne fosters a strong sense of community, where members frequently socialize, share their produce, and support one another. This community encourages residents to grow their own produce and is comprised of individuals who appreciate nature, birdlife, gardening, remote work, and activities like walking or riding.

In the locale there are two prominent and award-winning restaurants namely Idiom Wine Estate and Chorus at Waterkloof Wine Estate, but we also have a diverse selection of informal dining and excellent shopping precinct within 5 to 10 minutes.
